Salads and slaws are traditional accompaniments for grilled and barbecued meats. Here are some of our favorites – many have been included with our other recipes – but we have now combined them in one place so they will be easier to find.
We have recently become fascinated by our grandmother's recipe box, and have reprised some of her favorite dressings. The Green Goddess dressing is a real blast-from-the-past; it's loved by friends our age who have tried it for the first time, and incites wonderful reminiscences from friends that are our parent's and grandparent's ages. Groovy!
