1 clove garlic, pressed
1 Tsp anchovy paste
3 Tbs chopped green onion
1 Tbs lemon juice
3 Tbs tarragon wine vinegar
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup Hellmans Mayonaise (not light!)
1/3 cup chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in the order given, stir well and refrigerate overnight. Makes one pint (serves 8-12).
