This is a catch-all category that may overlap with our recipes for grilled fruit, but we felt we needed it to handle the menu suggestions that go with most of our recipes.
Our fall-back dessert is a gelato parfait with ingredients that fit the culinary theme of our meal: chocolate and coconut gelato with layers of chocolate cookies and roasted coconut for a Caribbean theme, for example. The twists are endless!
