When you talk "Barbecue" in Texas, it's all about the beef. In Louisiana, you have to specify whether you are talking about beef or pork. In Alabama, unless you say, "Beef!" they'll automatically give you the pork. And in South Carolina, if you asked for beef, they'd say, "Say What!?!"
